For over 30 years my career has been in education and youth services and I’m still passionate about sharing information and knowledge about herbs that grow in our hedges and fields. I am grateful for the special way nature offers us the medicine we need, when we need it.

My goal is to educate you about the basics of nutrition, elimination, detoxification and cleansing to help you regain the health you were designed to have as vibrant health is our birthright and it shouldn’t cost the earth.

Together we will address the root cause so that you can get on with living the life you were meant to live.
