Kenny McDowell

Kenny McDowell has been  playing for nearly 65 years. He started in the show bands in the 60’s with the Madlads and then moved to the US to replace Van Morrison in Them. Later he formed Truth in Chicago with Them guitarist Jim Armstrong. He moved home in the 70’s and formed and played with  Sk’boo, Spike, Bronco, Light, Kenny McDowell and the Hen’s Teeth, and the Ronnie Greer and Kenny McDowell Blues Band.

Kenny will be joined in Chandler’s House by Chris McDowell and Gordon McAllister . Gordon is a very respected season guitarist in Belfast who played with Maxi Million, Rab McCullough, Bap Kennedy.
